User registration now open

Feel free to register now for Webmaster Cookbook by following the links along the right. Depending on how much of a spam situation we face with open comments, we may someday require registration to leave comments. I’m thinking that Jowl will like this, so he can start telling his friends to join the site. There will be many other good reasons coming in the future to register so get to it 
Also added a site meter counter along the right so the counting (traffic) begins now.
